In February of 2022, Classic Industries announced a merger with The Parts Place Inc.
located in Dekalb, Illinois. The merger is expected to bring both companies to new
heights of quality, exposure, and customer satisfaction while offering an unmatched
product selection and customer experience. The Parts Place Inc. has been serving the
muscle car industry since 1990. The company started with GM muscle cars but
soon branched out to other American makes and models, including late-model American
cars and trucks from manufacturers such as General Motors, Ford, and Chrysler. The
company produces many parts they sell so consumers can skip the middle man
and buy directly from the source.

The Parts Place Inc. will continue to serve automotive enthusiasts from their
headquarters and warehouse facility in Dekalb, Illinois. Classic Industries will continue
to serve owners of GM, Ford, Chrysler, and more from their corporate headquarters and
warehouse facility in Huntington Beach, California.

Parts Unlimited Interiors (PUI) In 2023, Classic Industries acquired Parts Unlimited Interiors (PUI).
