Returning a Product Is Easy!

Fill out the return form below to get started. Our expert customer service staff will follow up via email or phone with the appropriate next steps.

Returns for Exchange or Credit:

Products may be returned for a full refund, credit, or exchange within 90 days of receipt. Classic Industries® will not accept returned goods without first obtaining a return authorization number. All returned products must be in the original packaging and in resalable condition when returned.  Returns may be subject to a minimum 25% restocking fee after 90 days. The customer may be responsible for shipping charges on returned merchandise; upon inspection of the return, shipping costs may be eligible for reimbursement if the product is found to be defective or sent incorrectly.

Important: Shipping service stores (such as UPS Store, Fedex-Kinkos, etc.) often charge inflated shipping fees, over and above the published shipping rates. Classic Industries only reimburses published ground shipping rates for eligible returns. Please use discretion when shipping with retail service stores.
